*We will deem an amount as having being paid to us only AFTER it reflects in our Bank Account. The Wanderers will not be responsible for any loss of payment in transit and no voucher will be issued till we receive the payment in full.

Payment from out of India  - Firstly, kindly note that when we quote you a cost, that ENTIRE amount has to be CREDITED into our account in India. We will not bear ANY Bank charges incurred as a result of a transfer from your account. So apart from you having to pay your Bank Charges, you will also have to instruct your Bankers that you will pay beneficiary or Overseas correspondent Bank charges. This usually means ‘ticking’ the 'Beneficiary' column in your Transfer Request Form. Otherwise please note that we will continue to show that amount as outstanding in your name and will recover the same on your arrival in India on Day 1 in cash.

We can send our person for collection of payment in Cash. In certain cases we will also accept Traveller's cheques. You will be given a confirmation note and receipt. This payment is part of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota).
