Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar/Boat Ride Upon arrival meeting and assistance at Srinagar Airport then transfer to house boats. Afternoon trip to famous Dal Lake by Shikara. Dinner and overnight stay in the houseboat.
Day 2: Srinagar/Sonamarg/Srinagar (96 kms one-way) After breakfast proceed to Sonamarg. The distance of about 96 km will be covered about 2hr30mins. Sonamarg lies at the head of the Sindh valley. The drive through here presents a spectacular facet of the countryside. Sonamarg is surrounded by mountains and pine forests. There are attractive walks and option of pony ride to the Thajiwas glacier (at extra cost). Evening return to Srinagar . Dinner and overnight stay in the houseboat.
Day 3: Srinagar - Pahalgam ( 96 Kms )In the morning start for Pahalgam or the Valley of Shepherds via Srinagar. Drive through the eye-catching Saffron fields, visit Awantipura ruins, the 1100 year old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman. The total distance of about 96 km will be covered in about 4 hrs. After reaching Pahalgam, you will be transferred to the hotel. Full day in Pahalgam. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel at Pahalgam.
Day 4: Pahalgam / Gulmarg( 140 Kms )Leave Pahalgam after having early breakfast and drive Gulmarg-the Meadow of Flowers. The distance between Pahalgam and Gulmarg is approximately 140 km and it takes four hours to reach Gulmarg. Gulmarg is one of India's premier hill resorts. Upon arrival check in at Hotel. Enjoy the day in Gulmarg followed by dinner and overnight stay in hotel at Gulmarg.
Day 5: In GulmargExplore Gulmarg and spend the day on your own. Gulmarg is a place of exceptional beauty and has the world's highest green golf course and also turns into India's premier ski resort in winter. Gulmarg offers breathtaking views of majestic Nanga Parbat on a clear day. Pony riding is a popular activity in Gulmarg- you can ride to the upland meadow of Khilanmarg and back. The Gondola Cable Car offers rides to the upland meadow of Kongdori for viewing the Himalayan peaks in the summer and for downhill skiing in winter. Dinner and overnight in the hotel in Gulmarg.
Day 6: Gulmarg / Kargil / 203 Kms After breakfast in the morning transfer to Kargil at an altitude of 11500 Ft. It is a land like no other. Bounded by two of the world's mightiest mountain ranges, the Great Himalaya and the Karakoram, it lies athwart two others, the Ladakh range and the Zanskar range. Ladakh is also known as the land of passes. Upon arrival in Kargil check into the Hotel.
Day 7: Kargil to Leh ( 7 hrs).The drive to Leh is through spectacular terrain. There will be frequent photo-stops. Enroute visit Mulbekh rock statue, Lamayuru and the Sangam (confluence) of Indus & Zanskar rivers.
Day 8: Leh local tour. 
Visit shanti stupa, sankar gompa and leh Palace. Overnight in Leh.
Day 09: Drive to Nubra Valley over the world”s highest motorable pass, Khardungla! The 145kms/ 7 hr journey commences in the morning with a steep and grinding uphill drive to Khardungla (18300ft). In 3 hrs, we climb over 7000ft! For most part of the uphill drive we are able to see the town of Leh becoming smaller and smaller. A brief halt at the Pass, some memorable moments are photographed and then the drive down to Nubra Valley. (For a travelogue on Nubra Valley, read our

We make our way to the picturesque campsite for overnight stay. If time permits, we will go for a short hike nearby. Overnight in tent.
Day 10: Exploring Nubra Valley - A glimpse of Heaven! The upper Shyok and Nubra rivers drain the east and west sides of the Saser Spur, the easternmost outcrop of the Karakoram. The name Nubra is applied to the district comprising the valleys of the Nubra River, and that of the Shyok both above and below their confluence. The wide valley floor itself is covered with dense thickets of seabuckthorn - a thorny shrub- which is used by the villagers for fencing and fuel. The villages are large and prosperous and have thick plantations of willow and poplar. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000ft and summer temperatures vary between 15-28 deg C. Overnight in tent.
Day 11: Nubra to Leh. 7 hrs. After a leisurely breakfast, we drive to Leh. Overnight at Leh.
Day 12: Drop o Leh airport. Tour ends
