Therefore choosing the right partner who has the right credentials for personalised handling of such groups is the single- most important thing to consider. It is here that The Wanderers score over other larger, more well-advertised travel firms. Our delivery is wrapped in care, warmth and personal touch as opposed to assembly line factory output.  Any other way is unacceptable and unthinkable when you are handling the very people who will chart your company's success story in the years to come. We take ownership of the event and give a customised solution. The same masala for all kinds of curries is not our way of working. One of the ways of creating excitement around a conference is  to use this platform and create a series of adventure activities or team building programme (usually a full day and includes adventure activities depending on the location) in the outdoors for up to 500 delegates at the place of your choice as opposed to a ‘routine’ and ‘normal’ sightseeing trips. These two words do not exist in our dictionary. For example, in a typical 3night/4day conference format, one full day is devoted to a high energy activity designed to ‘bond’ the delegates over a span of 6-8hrs. White collars have been shelved in favour of shorts, hiking boots, flying suits as corporate India has sky-dived, bungy jumped, rafted , camped, trekked, rapelled, quad biked, kayaked from Africa to Indonesia, New Zealand to Nepal. This is our forte and companies that have already experienced the same have given our programme a ‘2 thumbs up’! Other ideas come in the shape of special venues (castles, palaces, yachts, cruises, museums, night clubs etc), special events (Rock concert, eminent speakers, adventure programme, ESP etc) & special  themes (Greek to Pirates; Tribal to Elvis Presley..)

  Outbound/team building programmes

Our Outbound/team building programmes are designed keeping in mind the specific objectives of the client. No two programmes are the same. Questions like 'Why do you want to do the programme' and 'What do you want to achieve at the end of the session' is the starting point and determines the unique nature of every Wanderers programme which is tailormade to suit your requirements. 

 Through a series of tasks which are a healthy mix of activities that are thought provoking, physically demanding, fun, ludicrous, ‘seemingly’ impossible, downright simple (till they try!) and/or adventurous we seek to address issues related to teamwork, planning, performing under pressure, developing the 'killer' instinct, communication, out of the box thinking, discipline and execution skills that are of paramount importance in the workplace. 

You do not have to come year after year to our pre-determined training facility, because we don’t have any. If we want you to get out of your comfort zone, we have to walk the talk ourselves first. We create programmes ANYWHERE across the world. Places (India or abroad), climate (summer, winter, spring, autumn), terrain (Mountains, jungles, deserts, coast, inland) don’t hinder our programmes.  Instead, they add value to the learnings.

Tsunami/Earthquake Rescue and Evacuation programme

This is our signature corporate offering in the outdoors. Its a simulated excercise spread over the better part of a day. Groups from 20 to 200 can participate in this activity that we conduct anywhere across the globe. From beaches to mountains, desert terrain to jungles, this activity involves the groups, which are divided into smaller teams, to achieve the task of saving maximum lives in the time span given. Its a fast paced, highly interactive, thought provoking, energy sapping team activity that brings out various aspects of team dynamics to the fore.  Call us for a presentation.
